Membership Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the VenoTV app and any membership or subscription, you agree to this Membership Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms we make available in the app or on this website.
2. Service description
VenoTV provides a video streaming and viewing service, including free and paid membership options. Paid memberships may offer additional features, fewer restrictions, or enhanced access as described in the app at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify the scope of the service with reasonable notice where required by law.
3. Account and use
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share your account or membership in a way that violates these terms, or use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid memberships are billed through the Apple App Store according to Apple’s billing terms. Prices and billing cycles are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in your device’s subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your iOS device settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
6. Intellectual property and content
VenoTV, its branding, and the app are owned by us or our licensors. Content available in the app is provided under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit the service or content beyond personal, non-commercial use as permitted by the app.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VenoTV and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update this agreement and will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other legitimate reasons.
